  • Master new athletic training-related skills and techniques
  • Conduct professional practice in an appropriate manner
  • Help coaching staff in implementing sport specific conditioning programs
  •  Maintain an effective and efficient athletic training room
  •  Keep interacting with parents on the care & treatment of their student-athlete
  •  File individual reports of students associated with athletic injuries
  •  Maintain a daily treatment log
  •  Prepare an annual budget for supplies and equipment
  •  Equip each team with appropriate medical equipment
  •  Assist the athlete in fitting of protective equipment, including special taping, pads or braces
  •  Create a safe playing environment by monitoring and controlling environmental risks
