About Exam

The India Post Payments Bank, IPPB Recruitment is a completely owned undertaking of the Department of Posts, Govt. of India. IPPB is a recently opened entity. It is now welcoming online applications from qualified candidates who will be appointed to different posts. For setting up India Post Payments Bank Limited, India Post has received in-principle approval from RBI and approval from Cabinet. Currently, the company is calling candidates for the post of CEO/MD, CGM, Scale I-VII, etc. The prelims exam is a computer based test. IPPB prelims exam for Scale I officer question paper constitute of three sections – Reasoning, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude.


Candidate must be a graduate from recognized university. Candidates having MBA degree or CAIIB certificates (Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) are preferred. 

Exam Process

Candidates are required to register themselves on the official site of IPPS and then fill the remaining application form online. The IPPS PO Application Process is basically a 5 step process:
