About Exam

KMAT Kerala is Kerala Management Aptitude Test for admission to MBA program offered by various management colleges and b-schools in Kerala. The second phase of KMAT Kerala 2017 is scheduled to be conducted on April 02, 2017. Application Form for second phase is available online from January 04, 2017. KMAT Kerala 2017 (Kerala Management Aptitude Test), Phase I was conducted on November 6, 2016. KMAT Kerala Results was also declared in the month of November – 2016. The candidates can download the KMAT Kerala Score Card from the LBS official website till May 31, 2017. The cut off marks for CAT and CMAT will be same and at par with the KMAT Kerala Cut Off marks.

Eligibility

For KMAT MCA 2017, candidates must have completed their graduation degree with 50% or more. Candidates must have chosen Mathematics as main subject either in their graduation or in 10+2.

Candidates must have completed their graduation degree with a minimum of three years’ duration or Master’s degree examination of any recognized education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/ Technology or equivalent subject. 

Candidates belonging to SC/ST Category should have secured 40% or more to apply for KMAT MBA. The Eligibility and relaxation to reserved category candidates are decided as per UGC Guidelines.

It is important for the KMAT candidates to have recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years’ duration or equivalent in any disciple with 50% marks. 

Candidates in their final year of Bachelor’s degree can also apply for KMAT 2017. Such candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s degree before the time of KMAT 2017 Admission. Candidates must have secured percentage equal to or more than minimum requisite percentage as per their exam and their category. 

Exam Process

Candidates can register for KMAT 2017 on the official website- www.kmatindia.com in the first week of April. An amount of INR 1000 is to be paid by the candidates in form of application fee. The amount is to be paid only through Demand Draft and no other mode of payment is available to the candidates. Details about DD are required during Application process. The last date to apply for KMAT 2017 is in second week of May. No applications will be accepted by KPPGCA after the last date. Steps mentioned below should be followed to register for KMAT 2017.

Click on “Register Online” to proceed.

Read the instructions carefully and fill in the required details

Fill in the DD details carefully

Click “Apply”

Obtain hard copy of completed Application Form.

Note: Candidate registering for MBA/PGDM and MCA both will be required to register separately for each course. Two KMAT 2017 Admit Card will be generated to the candidates for each exam. Candidates are required to present respective admit cards for KMAT 2017 exams. Candidates are advised to carry hard copy of Completed Application Form to the Test Centre.
