About Exam

NEET PG is the national level entrance exam for admission to MS/MD and PG diploma courses. The exam is organized by NBE (National Board of Examination). All India 15% quota seats are announced. All the successful candidates will now participate in NEET PG Counselling.

Eligibility

A candidate must secure minimum 50% aggregate in NEET PG2017 examination. However, in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC,minimum marks must be at least 40%. Candidates belonging to PwD category mustsecure 45% aggregate. The aggregate will be determined on the basis of highestmarks secured in the All-India common merit list in NEET PG 2017.

Tie Breaker Criteria

For candidates who secure equal marks in the NationalEligibility cum Entrance Test, a tie breaker criterion has been determined byNBE. Their inter se merit will be considered according to age, older will getpreference over younger.

Exam Process

The NEET PG 2017 Application Process will be conducted online. Those candidates who are interested must register for the NEET PG 2017 exam. Candidates will have to fill the online application form which will be made available on the official website. The exam is scheduled to be held in 41 cities across the country.

The application fee amount for NEET PG 2017:

General candidates- INR 3750

OBC candidates- INR 3750

SC and ST candidates- INR 2750

PWD (PH) candidates- INR 2750

The Admit Card will be sent to the candidate by email within 24 hours of completion of application process. Verify all the details and take a printout of the hall ticket.
