|OJEE is conducted in offline mode. There are three sections in namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (Zoology and Botany). OJEE Exam for B.Pharma consists of 180 objective type questions in total i.e. 60 questions in each section. The questions are in English.

Verbal Reasoning- It aims to test the ability of the candidates to think constructively and vocabulary recognition. The understanding of concepts framed in words is tested.
Analytical Reasoning- There are questions are designed to assess the ability to consider a group of facts and rules, and, given those facts and rules, determine what could or must be true.
Comprehension- There is 20 objective type questions based on a passage given. Candidates have to read and answer the questions related to it.
General Knowledge- Questions that test the general awareness and knowledge of current affairs are included in this section.
Computer and Business Fundamentals- the questions based on basic knowledge of the computers and business guidelines.
